All of my roomates have the same set up.... we all pay different rent. Hmm...' funny. My one roomate goes down and says why am i paying so much more' they have no response just uh... hold on... manager comes and has a look like she got caught and refunded my roomate 800 dollars!!!!!! that they charged him over. Everyone has a 250 dollar deposit.. cool. I have perfect credit and am very careful with it. 300 dollars. My other roomate has no credit what so ever... 150' They do cleaning checks!!! thats great! not a problem. We move in and its a disaster! they say its not their responsibilty but the problem of the tenants before didnt follow the guidelines to get their room clean. WHAT' i paid a deposit to have the room cleans. whatever we clean it our selves for the most part to our satisfaction after requesting management to send a cleaning crew to come and clean it. Cleaning crew never does. But the cleaning check does come. What happens...Each tenant including myself gets fined 55$ for a dirty oven. An oven that 3 19 year old guys bake in''' are you kidding me!we havent ever used but we have requested management to clean it when we moved in. Oh yeah... its not their fault. I bring my car down but the office is closed to get a parking sticker which is 25$ even though it says free parking online. I park underneath the visitor parking sign to find to a boot on my car the next morning because its not a real parking spot' even though im directly under the park here and you will be okay sign' After all the drug busts and loud generators and trains and overpriced rent and the OUTRAGEOUSLY DISGUSTING SMELL of all the rooms and hall ways i suppose having a 5 buck pizza where nothing is 5 bucks on site is sort of nice.
