Honestly, I live here free as a Community Ambassador and I don't want to live here. The management is non-responsive. I have been told by management to fail people on their check outs so that they don't get their deposits back. Rent is way over priced, they look nice on the outside but when you get inside they are run down.

The standards have gone down hill, they had several drug busts at the complex that resulted in several evictions.

Maintenance, takes three or four calls every day to fix any problems you might have.
Cost...on man. You will pay about 350 bucks for a private room, PLUS 50 dollars for utilities! Everywhere else you will pay 10 or 15.

Bottom line, I LIVE HERE FOR FREE and I am moving out. Move somewhere else, move anywhere else. If you have lived here the best bet to get your deposit back is send a certified letter demanding it back and threaten legal action.

Ha ha, that whole paragraph written by the "General Manager" is the biggest lie you have every heard. Do not be fooled by the appearence of the property, this is what lures you in. Take a step back and look at all the lights on the outside of the building that are out!! This is how much they care about what you live in. Take a walk through the halls, look at the carpet and the walls. Go ahead and knock on some doors and ask about the place, learn the real story. A "General Manager" (what a title) will do and say anything to get you in, it's his job. The office staff itself isn't bad, but they can't give you an answer on anything because it's always something they have to ask to the "general manager" who is never availble or who even really cares. The apartments are crap. The bare minumum is done for you to move in. You will be better off going somewhere else, stay away. Listen to reviews you have read. Oh, one more thing>>>>Drugs!! Here that parent...DRUGS!! Send you kid here to be around that, he will definetly have a good experience.

Keith Long is the "General Manager" and he is incompetent at best, and a complete idiot at worst. He will lie to your face and stab you in the back. Don't take anything he says at face value, unless it is in writing or you record the conversation. Any of the other "directors" are just about as incompetent. If your a girl, expect to get some sexual advances thrown your way by the "General Manager" / "Director". It really makes me feel uncomfortable to be around the place
