I have lived at Parkway Crossing (Wolverine Crossing) for a year now. Overall I would say that I know almost everyone that lives here and there are only a handful if any people here that do drugs out of hundreds of residents. I have also found that you have to try and find those people. Everyone I know here is really friendly and we are always getting together for birthday parties, get togethers, or even just sunday dinners. I love living here because they make sure there is no smoking or drinking. The pools are really nice and I love playing at the volleyball court and using the free tanning booth.Management is always friendly and willing to help. There is a church right across the street and the complex is right on a bus route and less than a mile away from UVU campus. I think that people who write bad reviews have never lived anywhere else. I would recommend Wolverine Crossing to everyone.

You realize that you're taking about every single person who has ever written a review for these apartments with the exception of the management trying to shill, right? I'm in a complex behind krispy kreme (I'll try not to shill myself) right now and it's like the difference between Baltimore's urban ghetto and goddamn Malibu.

Maybe you havent noticed but the reviews are mainly from those who had to deal with old management and a CA who probably had to get up in the middle of the night to let residents into thier rooms Im friends with everyone here and people really like the life you find at parkway

I lived there for a year and the management was only part of the problem. Whoever built it cut so many corners I really am surprised it hasn't fallen down yet. This of course does not cover the unreliable internet, bad lighting, nightly police presence, peeping toms, drug abuse (You know all of the several hundred residents, do you?), terrible parking, algae-growing pool, non-existent first floor retailers and furniture apparently bought from the state penitentiary and now ridiculously overpriced rent.
Don't get me wrong, good luck to the new management (which you are undoubtedly part of. "the life you find at parkway"? Seriously?). I like that you now have more room variety, even if it is priced like we're all on daddy's tab, and the name change was probably a good idea, even if it was in vain. However, my suggestion would honestly be to bulldoze the entire thing and start over. If I could be sure that I could erase the memory of the year I spent at Parkway Crossing with a well-aimed dive into a brick wall, I would.
300-350 for a private room in an upper-middle class house or 475 to live in a crumbling house of cards? You tell me.

I have lived a couple different places and this was by far the worst place I have ever lived. The drugs and drinking are horrible there were like three drug busts in the 6 months I lived there. People are rude, you can't cross the street without getting hit. And its totally over priced.
