I lived at parkway only for the summer semester and initially it was okay. There were frequent ambulance and cop cars outside, the tow truck never left the property, and the hallways smelled horrible. I wish I had read these apartment ratings prior to my living there. To top it all of, I was promised to receive my deposit thirty days after my initial move out date; HOWEVER, today is the 45th day and no one seems to know why I have not yet received my deposit, nor do they put much effort into fixing the problem. Also, they do not provide receipt of payment. You could easily be jipped out of a lot of money. Do not move in!

yeah my girlfriend is waiting for her refund to. Somehow she wasn't even in the system they sent her a check with wrong name on it. And she went back to talk to them and they said wait until Sept 30.
