Everyone hated the management. They are so unhelpful with everyday situations. They have no idea of "the customer first." It's only about money to them. There are plenty of other beautiful, pleasant apartments around Orem. Maybe Belmont or some other apartment. Please do not get succored into a contract w/ them. It will only be HELL.
