I lived here for over 2 years. They were pretty nice apartments at first when Leah was the manager. Since a change in management they have gone to crap. They are WAY overpriced for what you get. Paper thin walls, loud noisy college students, pet stations are OVERFLOWING with droppings that maintenance won't clean up. No where near enough parking spaces. Get home late, enjoy the walk to your aparment. They charge all the residents the same for water use, and use some company out of California! No matter what you use, your bill is the same because the just devide all the months water use among the residents and split the bill. (I'm sure this includes the office use too). Exercise room is a joke, poor equipment, not cleaned or taken care of. My neighbors used the breezeway for clothing storage the last month I was there, apartments did nothing about it. Supposed to be a nonsmoking complex, NOT! You have to put up with your neighbors smoking too. Overall, they just suck! Rent a house! It's nicer, and MUCH, MUCH, cheaper!
