Inconsistent Management & Poor Maintenance

I do not recommend Pinnacle Canyon View Apartments. The management staff has very high turnover which means inconsistent and poor customer service for residents. Lights in stairwells snd over carports are constantly out and it can take up to two for reported rrepairs to be completed.
Renters are now responsible for ALL utilities: trash, water, gas and electric. The recent $8.00 is per apartment, meaning that a single person pays the same as roomates/families. Internet and cable options in the vicinity are limited and expensive. And, last but not least the stairwells are constantly filthy (littered with trash, cigarete butts, pizza boxes,etc.) The large number of student living in the complex are very noisy. Additionally, more than the normal amount of students appear to share appartments, adding to the parking and noise and litter/trash issues. Assigned parking spaces are often used by other residents or their guests with little or no action taken by management.
