Expensive, but well worth it. From: mlm3789 Date posted: 5/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I looked at many apartments before deciding on PCV a year ago. Although the price is high, it is well worth it. They are very nice and modern. I've never had any rodent or bug problems. There is a diversity of people so you don't just have students living there. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. I've lived in brand new on-campus apartments before at another school and PCV is much better. I've also been to other friends apartments in Orem/Provo and these are much better. The management is okay. Sometimes they make mistakes, but don't we all' I've only had a couple maintenance issues and its always taken only one or two calls to get them solved. Overall, I highly recommend PCV.
