I lived at Pinnacle for 1 and a half yrs & changed apartments halfway in between when my lease ended. I honestly can say I have no major complaints about the apartments-- I didn't think the value was great for your money, but I do think they are nicer apartments than most. I looked a lot throughout the Orem area, I found the rooms at Pinnacle to be larger with more storage space. The office staff was courteous. I only had to call maintenance a few times & I believe each time they were at my apartment within a day or so. The parking at my 1st apartment there was horrible, but when I moved into my 2nd PCV apartment I was right by all the open parking & never had a problem-- basically it just depends on which buildings you're in. When I moved to a new location, I actually found myself missing quite a few of the perks I'd taken for granted there. If I was to stay in the Orem area I'm sure I wouldn't leave Pinnacle for awhile. Except for one completely creepy landscaping guy who seemed to harass me & every other girl within a parking lot of him... no problems.
