So many negative reviews...well, personally this has been a great living expierience for me, and I love my dealings with the folks in the office!!

I have never, once, heard a train. Nor have I heard a walmart loudspeaker unless I am sitting in the parking lot, and never after 9 o'clock. I have never heard noise from the pool after 10pm...why, because it closes at 10, the gates lock, and now you will be escorted out if you have been found in there later than that.

The gym has 24 hour access, and has yet to be "under repair" that I have seen. Maybe these posts were older, I forget the date, but possibly you were here during a remodel' If so these small disturbances are to be expected.

When I moved in, the carpets were clean, new paint on the walls, not a speck of pink. They are very warming apartments, the vaulted ceilings on the thrid floor are very nice, and the bathtubs are huge and perfect to soak sore muscles in, or just relax after a long day. My apartment is one of the best I have ever lived in.

As for dealing with the people in the office, it has been an absolutely painless expierience. When I moved in, the apartment came with a garage, which adds an extra $75 per month, well....I have no need for a garage, as I doubted my truck would fit in it anyways, and told them this. They gave me a carport instead :)

About a month after my initial inspection, I finally opened my hallway closet, and to my dismay I found a corner of the carpet that looked to have been damaged when they were installing it. Now this was AFTER I signed my ok. They came up, inspected it, and stated that it wasn't my fault and added it to my list. Even though they didnt have too.

When it snows I know I can look out from my patio and see Maitenance Salting the stairwells, and shoveling the walks, and there are snowplows that make regular rounds through the parking lot. If something goes wrong in my apartment it is usually fixed within 24 hours of notification.

they also hold small seminars in the clubhouse regularly which are free....I think the last one was a first aid course. They hold little raffles during the holidays for simple things, on thanksgiving I won a turkey.

This place is a really nice spot to live, yes you can find cheaper, but I doubt you'll find better.

And a small peice of advice for those people who lose their deposits. Do your final walkthrough with the management of ANY apartment complex, and obtain a copy of everything they have written down. The number one mistake people make is moving out and leaving lose ends (such as a sizeable check :P). Even if your apartment is clean, they will be cleaned again by the companies own people, because thats the way they have to be done. So even if someone walks in says they cleaned it, and they actually didn't...it's your word against theirs, makes a word of difference if you actually have your final inspection report.

Anyways, hope this all helps.

I think you are not been completly honest in your posting. To begin with there is no way in earth they can take care of a call maintenance in 24 hours, the wait is at least 3 days, that is the norm here which is not bad unless emergency like fire. Also the pool does NOT close at 10pm because JESSICA THE CURRENT ASSISTANT MANAGER HELD WILD PARTIES WITH NO RESIDENTS PAST 11 OT 12 AT NIGHT. She is a young kid herself and is the assistant unbelievable. It can be difficult with so many young students living around this place and taking all of the parking spots, they put many of them in one apt so all of the parking is taken. Is ok but could be better, is going to take real work from Theresa. I hope she can take it.

Obviously Anonymous, you know Jessica and the issues of her wild parties so it must mean you were there at one point in time. Dont feel bad because she didnt invite you to party and then talk bad about her now. She obviously does her job from 8 to 5 and when she goes home she is like anyone else and should be judged on what she does after hours. By the way, I have never had a maintenance problem that wasnt fixed within 24 hours.
