I have been a resident at Pinnacle Canyon View for almost Three years. Things were great until they got a new manager named Teresea. She is HORRIBLE!!! Since she has started, maintainence requests go "missing", the people who worked there and were great have quit and she has antagonized and targeted specific residents. I am not a problem resident at all, so I am not just voicing off about this for no reason. I was on excellent terms with previous Management but now am "black listed". She has harrassed me because of my disabilities and tried to get around fair housing laws. I am just glad I know the laws.

Monkey09 do you understand contracts?? She probably wants to move but is under a contract in which she can't. DUH! Where did your common sense go??

Oh please anonymous, Dont give me your stupid lecture on 'understanding contracts" you shouldnt sign something without knowing what you are getting into, DUH DUH! and if you have lived here for 3 years, then obviously you have had your chances to get out. Dont give me that she is under a contract BS. And yes there are ways of getting around it. I know you can sell you contract if needs be. What you cant do all you can to get out of a place that "so-called treats you different" Maybe you need to use some common sense and not try and act like you are defending this person, being a good samaratin. when in fact its you that wrote this. You too afraid to say who you are? Also, to the person who wrote this.. YOU ARE NO BETTER THAN WHAT YOU CLAIM THE MANAGER IS DOING.. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND SAYS STUFF ABOUT SOMEONE WITH SUCH DISRESPECT WHEN YOU CLAIM YOU ARE BEING HARASSED. YOU ARE A STAND UP PERSON! TALK BAD ABOUT THE MANAGER AND CALL HER OUT LETTING EVERYONE KNOW WHO SHE IS. NO RESPECT FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS A DOUBLE STANDARD!
Im sure you know the laws! Good for you! Read up on laws on selling your contract, that might help you in your situation.
