I think you are not been completly honest in your posting. To begin with there is no way in earth they can take care of a call maintenance in 24 hours, the wait is at least 3 days, that is the norm here which is not bad unless emergency like fire. Also the pool does NOT close at 10pm because JESSICA THE CURRENT ASSISTANT MANAGER HELD WILD PARTIES WITH NO RESIDENTS PAST 11 OT 12 AT NIGHT. She is a young kid herself and is the assistant unbelievable.
It can be difficult with so many young students living around this place and taking all of the parking spots, they put many of them in one apt so all of the parking is taken. Is ok but could be better, is going to take real work from Theresa. I hope she can take it.
