First and foremost, if you have ever lived in a apartment complex, you know what you are getting yourself into. Maintenance work takes time when you have over 200 tenants and sometimes its more than one person with an emergency. Stop acting like your world is going to end when you clog your toliet and your maintenance personnel doesnt come running to fix it. They do a great job and I know they work hard. I have had my heat out a few times this winter and although I could sit and blame them for not doing the job right, I know things break down and have to be fixed. Have some patience and compassion for them. I see them working hard everytime I leave and come home.
By the way, if you are worried with the noise of the other tenants, DONT LIVE IN AN APARTMENT AND CLOSE TO A SCHOOL. THATS WHAT COLLEGE STUDENTS ARE GOING TO DO. I am not a college student, I am a stay at home mother, but I deal with it.
The staff are just like any other company. They do their job and sometimes there are people who dont like the way its done. They have always been very friendly and helpful when I have needed them.

Youre probably one of the people that work in the office trying to save your rep. I live in an apartment and they take care of my work orders right away. They also call back to double check it got done. Seems like everyone else on this site disagrees with you. I also think that maybe this site is the only way for some to express their anger or honest opinon. I think you should be a little more respectful of peoples concerns.

No I dont work in the office. but thanks for trying! Also, if you read my comment, you would know i was being nice about the complex and the workers, learn how to read before telling me that I need to be more respectful of peoples concerns. and if they have concerns, they shouldnt be writing a review on the internet, they need to take their concerns to who can do something about it.. like anyone online is going to be able to console them. DUH!
