So I've lived in Pinnacle for over 3 years now and there's a reason why. The apartments are nice and are continuously upgraded with little things every year. Maybe they'll add new faucets, ceiling fans, blinds, etc. You get one free carpet cleaning service every year when you resign your contract and you have a 3 day grace period to pay rent. The walls are insulated better than anything else you're going to find in the same price range or less. Parking stalls w/ overheads and an optional garage are assigned for each apt but we have two garages on our lease since extra's were available. NO HIDDEN FEE'S. just pay your rent and utilities on time and you're good to go.

The pool's ok but the hot tubs a joke, more like a warm tub and they'll close the pool/hot tub for any reason, including abuse of using the hot tub after hours. However, the indoor gym is pretty nice and includes free weights! There's a small playground for kids and some BBQ pits next to it. Parking rocks because you don't have to have some stupid pass for you and your friends and there's plenty of it. I've NEVER had to park in the street, although some of the other tenants in different buildings do. (i'm aware that I have my own garage but that remark includes when I didn't have one)

I would say that the tenants have the biggest choice in choosing where to live. I'm sure management tries their best to put students in one section of the complex to minimize loudness but if someone's going to pay extra for a third floor, they're gonna give it to them, of course. Please be fair when living in any apartment complex...they are not houses! you'll have cool/annoying neighbors your entire life. I love the location right by I-15 freeway, UVU, and Wal-mart. Even though I live in bldg 1, the closest one to Wal-mart, I don't face it. i'd hate to live in those buildings, actually. But the apartments are well insulated and I don't hear anything from wal-mart or the train tracks a mile away. You can hear Sandhill road alongside it but thats it. maintenance is right on every year with mandatory heat/ac/filter and vent checks. Environment is always clean and cut. extra fee for pets but at least they're allowed!

The bedrooms are really nice and bigger than any of the other complexes. believe me, i've been to them all. I'm a student and have friends at every complex there is in provo and orem. no elevators but they're only 3 stories tall. vaulted ceilings, wood fireplaces, and dual closets with shelves are optional. The bathrooms are ok, not huge but the tubs are good sized. The kitchen is tiled. washer and dryer are included and practically every room has a window.

Ok, that just about cover's everything. thanks for taking the 5 hours to read this beast!

You and I must have a different maintenance staff working our buildings. The parking spaces go un-salted and shoveled all winter. Dog crap gets stepped in and tracked up the stairs and stays there till the weather removes it a month later. It took 6 months to get my contract renewal upgrade (the microwave) and I had to call and yell about it 4 times before they snuck in and did it while I was at work. Good thing I wasn't in flagrante dilecto at the time. In fact, strolling into your apartment whenever they please is the norm here. 3 day grace period, but if the 1st of the month is on a Saturday, and Monday is a holiday so you pay rent on Tuesday the 4th, it's a 10% late charge. And if you forget to pay your rent for whatever reason, they don't call before taping a 3 day pay or vacate letter on your door, and charge you $20 for the delivery. Yeah, a great complex! =/
