Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
The roommates I had were great and the social aspect was nice, but the office staff were horrible, and the way it was managed was dishonest and horrible as well. The grounds were not kept well. It's definitly worth paying the 10 extra bucks a month and living in the other much nicer apartments close to the college also.
