Ok, first of all, the apartments are furnished, but when I moved in, there was nothing inside the apartment, except for the microwave and the refrigerator. We had to wait 2 months to get the other stuff, and that was possible because we were persistent.

Second, no pets. If you love animals, this place is not for you (or else you will end up paying 10 per day, and you will be treated like a criminal for that)

Third, the parking is a pain in the ass, if you have friends who visit you. If you have a visitor, even for 5 minutes, you have to get a permit as soon as possible, or else, the car will be towed or booted, and it's not easy to reason with that people, they want you to pay the booting fee, no matter the circumstance. They treat you like if you didn't have the right to park there, even if you pay your rent.

Fourth, they won't give you any grace period if you don't have your rent complete, even if you paid 80% of rent, they will still add late fees for the rest of it.

They make inspections of the apartments, and they expect to be everything perfectly clean, even your own laundry (like if you were living with your parents). If you don't pass, you will get charged 5 dollars per thing that wasn't clean. I found that kind of annoying, knowing that we are adults, not little children.

The laundry room is a nightmare. Most of the machines don't work, but the place is open to the public anyway, even knowing that the machines are crap.

I got too much advertising and soliciting at my door.

Internet is free, cable is too, but it sucks. ALL other utilities, you have to pay for them (except water).

Maintenance: 3 times I told them my tub drain was clogged, nobody came in to fix that.

I really liked the apartment, but it's way too expensive, and no utilities are included (except internet). They treat you like if you were paying nothing to be there. Rules are rules, but these guys were almost totalitarians.
