I'm not sure what the reviews before me are talking about. First of all, I didn't have to put down a $500 deposit, I put down a $300 deposit and from my experience here they haven't charged me any extra fees. If you pay your rent on time, follow the rules stated in the contract, and do your part on the cleaning checks you don't have anything to worry about. Second, I've lived here for over a year and the management has always been helpful, although I think they're new so maybe that is why things are different. They're strict with the rules but I'm glad because it makes it a nicer place to live. Plus anytime I've had a maintenance problem, they have been really nice and the maintenance guy has come to fix it. I know the other review complained about parking and break-ins but those happen everywhere(believe, me I've lived at a bunch of other places). You shouldn't blame the complex for the break-in, you should blame the thief. Plus, I think they might be installing security cameras down there.
