Beautiful Place, Horrible Management

Ventana was a two year long experience for me. I loved the place itself, convenient location and great access to everything. The biggest problems were the management. They will find anything to fine you for, and they did. They are also very shallow and "looks" driven. If you aren't pretty or don't drive a nice car or don't wear the right clothes, chances aren't you're not getting into this place. The pool was a scene right out of Baywatch...nice to look at, but no substance to the people there. I believe "Daddy" built this complex for his little boys so they and their meathead pals and bimbo girls could have a place to play. The place is pretty laid back and chill, but just be careful. If you're not on the "cool" list, you're liable to get talked about to every other tenant by the management and most of the time, they are very unprofessional and rude. I was one of the first people to live in the apartment I did and they have a LONG way to go in learning how to be a good management team.

hahahaha. You know, this is a very accurate description
It's very much a place for really hot girls and pretty dumb jocks. And yes, the pool is HOT! The management is the typical "beverly hills attitude." It's primarily UVSC students, so just be prepared for a fairly immature crowd.
But, the place is REALLY nice and well kept up, so overall a good experience.
