The apartments are beautiful and location is amazing!!! But that is all I miss about theses apartments. They will charge you for anything they possibly can, even if you didn't do it... when you move in be sure to document everything (don't even bother fixing anything when you move they will still charge you for it). Just a warning stains will appear a week after you move in (because they clean them right before you move in so they look nice), of course it's after you turn in your damage report form, so they will charge you for them. Oh and they will charge you if your payment is late, but they can take their time getting your deposit back to you... so don't plan on getting it back within the 30 days after you move out, mine was more then two weeks late. Plus they tow your visitors cars even if they have a parking pass. They don't shovel anything in the winter. Having a washer and dryer is so nice, that's what made me choose Ventana over other apartments, but now that I'm in a different complex that doesn't have that convince, it's ok. Because my rent is cheaper, my room is bigger, and the management is better!!!!
