| 06/17/2013 | Although their maintenance man was the most difficult person to deal with, my overall experience at Ventana has been good. They have plentiful parking for tenants (including underground which is a live saver in the winter). There is adequate visitor parking, however, THEY WILL NOT HESITATE TO BOOT so make sure your guest park in the right place and leave on time. It is a short 10min walk to UVU, short bus ride (with the stop right in front of Ventana), or a super quick drive to UVU. The women in the office are nice if you talk to them ...
