Their a ripe off!!!

There apartments are old so things are always leaking and falling apart. Its also a dirty place so no matter how well you clean it, they charge you for it in the end. And since that was the way it was when we moved in, I can only assume they will leave it for the next person. Also the "move in sheet" that you can disclose problems with the apartment, they lost and claimed they never got it. HHHMMMM!!!!! sound fishy to me. also there is vandalism all over the nieborhood are nabor got his corvette tagged with spray paint. noise is a nother problem there, stereo's at all times of the night and day.
