They have horrible office hours. When something is broken they may NEVER fix it. This includes MAJOR things like heating and air conditioning. You will not get a refund on your rent for non-functioning items.
The apartments are in general disrepair. Some of them are nicer, but most of them are pretty bad. Many of the outdoor lights are not working, in some cases fixtures are dangling off the building. It is in a high-crime area of Orem. Lock your car at night and don't leave anything of value in it. Carry mace/pepper spray/gun.
The layout of the apartment is a bit of a joke too. Be sure to see the actual room you will be getting BEFORE signing a lease.
The advantage is that it's generally pretty cheap. But consider spending another 200 a month to get something much nicer/safer.
