This place is filthy!! The pool has crap in it (literally)! The manager is 12 years old (seriously, go talk to him). The neighbors used 3 rolls of my tin foil giving free samples of dope to their customers. I went all summer with no air conditioner and all winter with no heater or weather stripping. The place looks like hell when you move in and no matter how much you clean it you will not get a refund! Although you pay your rent on time and the full amount every month, you get notices saying you are behind by over 1000.00 a month. If you wanna live in the ghetto, you have definitely found the place!!! And it is so loud all the time!! You can hear the neighbors "private" activities!!!
