I have read the reviews for many apartments and they all say the same stuff... I lived at village now for 2 years. Things break sometimes but I see that everywhere. As long as you work with the managment they will get it fixed. About the clenliness. I have seen much dirtier. It would help if you cleaned your own stuff up too. And watch your damn kids so they don't poop in the pool and it won't matter.
