I moved into this complex last year under the old management (which was fairly disastrous), but the old manager was ousted soon after moving in. The new management is extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The apartment itself is amazing. It's an older complex, but I have HUGE living space, 3 of the biggest bedrooms I've seen in the Provo/Orem area, and a very convenient bathroom. The price is also incredible--$775 for a three bedroom' I pay less rent here for my own bedroom and bathroom than I've paid anywhere else in the Provo area. If I wasn't leaving the state, I would not be moving.
