If you like to live next to criminals and have roaches in your apartment then this is the place for you. They change managers more often than the date changes. Leslie was the best so far. Terri was a witch. She could never answer my questions. They will waive your late fee if you wait until the end of the month to pay it. Maintenance is nice but doesn't fix anything. It is really dark at night and good luck getting anything repaired. They will let anyone in. They say they do a criminal background check but my neighbor is a sex offender! Don't worry if you don't like the manager she will gone in a few months. This place is a dump. It looks ok from the outside but when you get in it you have stained carpet, scratched appliances and countertops. Loud gross neighbors and state street is a paint to get across. DOG POOP EVERYWHERE!!
