The manager is the worst liar in the whole world who will seem nice at first and then lie to cheat you out of as much money as possible. It is also run down, they look like ok apartments from the outside but the inside is horrible with stained carpet and horrible smells! Also a really problem with people smoking in the stairwells and the management wont do anything about it!!! But then again they never do anything but lie anyway.
