Run! Don't even consider living here. Worst mistake we ever made. We are here temporarily while we build a house. We picked this place as we could do month-by-month and have our dog with us. Not worth it. Trashy place. Absolutely disgusting. Horrible management. Buildings should be condemned. Terrible parking lot. Terrible, nasty apartments. We wear slippers as we are afraid to walk barefoot in here. There is dog poop everywhere- grass and sidewalk and stairs. Rent for this place should be half what they are charging. Maybe even 1/3. We were told water was included. That was a total lie.
Criminals, druggies everywhere. People blowing smoke in your face as you try to walk up the stairs. We are scared living here. Loud noise at all hours every day.

Have you ever thought that the dog poop is maybe from the residents and not the management? Hmm! A place can only be a nice as people treat it.
