Ever since the the new manager and assistant took over in mid october, this place has really cleaned up.

The new parking lot is so nice and greatly appreciated.

(even though is was hell to find parking that week) The grounds are being kept up the new paint on the railings and stairways look real sharp.

It nice to know that things are getting done around here and the office is actually open during the day with someone there who cares about what I think as a resident.

I was planning to move out in the spring but now I'm going to stay.

probably a management. Who else would talk about the railings? I mean, everything else is so lousy, why that?
