I lived there from 2005-2006 and went through the 3 different manager situation, the company may be the same but the people aren't.

They kept poor records and when problems with leases came up they blame it on the previous management.

This place is just a glorified ghetto.

Management is near impossible to get a hold of if you are a tenant.

The apartments look decent driving down State St., but we had numerous problems with our A/C system, ventilation (do they ever change air filters'), and the lack of parking is a joke.

Seeing multiple cop cars in the parking lot is the norm, and between all the drug deals that go down, suspicious noises, and little kids running around at 11:00 at night.

On a positive note, the layout is nice, and the giant master bedroom w/ private bath is nice.

Overall, I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
