Dirty horrible apartments. Parking is horrible, everyone parks where ever the heck they want to. I've lived here a year and someone has always been in my spot. I've told the manager 5 times now, and it's good for a day, but the next they are back again. I just gave it up. The pool was closed by the health department, last year an apartment burnt down on the far side because of a faulty heater, and another one was on fire a few weeks ago. When we moved in there was a bubble in our kitchen floor about 4 feet wide. They fixed it by replacing the floor, but the did it 4 months later.. we had to stamp it down with our feet every time we wanted to go into the kitchen. You couldn't even open the fridge. The carpets were still wet form cleaning. We were supposed to move in on friday, but then they called and said the apartment wouldn't be ready until Monday. When we got there Monday morning, they were still cleaning the carpets, and they said we wouldn't be able to enter for another few hours or so. So we waited with our 4 kids. When we were allowed to move in, the carpet was still soaked, the a/c was on and all the windows were open. The A/C leaked and totally soaked the hallway. The master bath toilet was not even attached. They fixed everything, but the carpet. The management is sweet until you ask for something, or tell them they have made a mistake on their end. They will call you a liar to your face, and threaten you with their lawyer. It's been almost a year now and we are getting out while the getting is good!
