I've lived here for seven months now and I've got to say its awesome. The management is friendly, when our garbage disposal broke it got fixed within two days. The shuttle is a lifesaver, the internet connection is fast, and its location is the perfect distance from UVU and Wal-Mart. It might not be as fancy or flashy like other apartments, but its sturdy and well-managed.
Downsides- There ARE a lot of people here so noise is to be expected, but as long as you don't get the bottom floor you can't hear much. The carpets and the furniture are getting pretty worn (although they've replaced some of the apartment couches) and the rooms are a bit small. Other than that its a great place. Everyone here is pretty happy.
