Property Sucks

This property Sucks, I lived here for more than 2.5 years, initially it was good but then maintainance was bad and bad mgmt attitude.
After moving out, they stuck me with bills for 'Deodorizing', is this something that's not part of their cleanup job.
Just look around the propery, the whole property stinks and you will have to pay for it in the future.
My apt was broken twice and the mgmt did not even care to paint the front door, look at all the white doors, they are the ones broken into.
