Deceptive Indeed - I just had my car towed. I was possibly on the end of a row, at the very end of the parking lot. Property Sucks This property Sucks, I lived here for more than 2.5 years, initially it was good but then maintainance was bad and bad mgmt attitude.
After moving out, they stuck me with bills for 'Deodorizing', is this something that's not part of their cleanup

Horrible new management! This was once a great place to live, but not anymore. There is a facebook group that tell how many of the residents are having problems, how there is little to no maintenance is being done, how checks are being lost.. etc.

Horrible Apartments Move in at your own risk. This place is horrible. Pool is NASTY, it looks like a swamp. There is dog feces and urine everywhere. A dirty syringe was found in the sand of the "play" area for kids. Nothing is ever fixed when a request is put in to management.

Renter Beware! Only get an apartment here if you like management coming into your apartment at random times, dumping out your stuff, and shifting things around. Getting anything fixed will take you most of a semester, and even then they probably won't do it right. They'll fail

Worst apartment ever This place is simply horrible. The managers are the most incompetant people I've ever dealt with. They don't fix anything that breaks, they are completely brain dead, and they charge you hundreds of dollars when you move out for little things like not vacuuming.
