I lived at Canyon Creek for six months after relocating and looking for a house. The staff was hit or miss, but maintenance requests were always completed the same day. We have one dog that is included in the rental price I've listed. We also have a detached garage. We were not allowed any additional assigned parking, though I would have paid more and there seemed to be vacant covered spots. There is plenty of uncovered parking within a close walk.
