lodging is tight in PC, but you are do better than this!

place is dirty and people are sketchy and price is high

I resent the statement!! This is not a dirty place unless you do not keep your part of it clean..... The People are great, I have wonderful neighbors!! I have been here four years. The access to freeway, shopping, movies, restaurants is great!
