The model looks great and the staff seem friendly when you are checking out the place but once you move here it is a different story. If you have small children beware of cigarrette buts and trash all over the grounds. Tenants do not keep the place up or watch their children destroying the grounds. Management does not enforce its own cleanliness policies regarding trash and upkeep. Parking policy is also not enforced. Shabby materials found through the apartment. Blinds do not provide adequate privacy and fall apart most of the time. Numerous repairs listed at time of inspection were not fixed by maintenance staff. Estimated living cost for utilities continue to go up without notice and management cannot seem to explain the rising cost for the area. Overall, I would not recommend renting here.

I totally agree! i have lived here for almost a year now, & they make it so difficult to get out of your contract! The cigarette butts are everywhere! i live in a non-smoking building, but Surprise! everyone here smokes! we have a one year old, who plays outside, but not very often. Its sad that i can't even play on the lawn with him without worrying about animal droppings & garbage. It looks extremely nice but its all just an image! The apartment homes look fabulous, but the blinds fall apart all the time. Cold air comes in through the windows (when they're closed!) I hate throwing our money away here! Its seriously not worth it!
