Great apartment, a little bit pricey for the area. Management style is Horrifying

Great Apartment but the management is tricky, less friendly and complicated to work with. Too many hidden charges. It will all surface when you move in. Policy in the lease is Horrifying. If you break your lease at any point, they will make you pay for 4 months additional.
