I cannot speak from rental experience, but I didn't even have to live there to know the management is crooked! I am on a very limited income, and so when they were advertising "3 months free rent!" I did the math and figured, based on the information on THEIR website, that if they divided the 'free' months over the 12 month lease, it would bring the rent down to an affordable range for me. So I made a visit to the unit and asked them about the special, and they said "Yes! We can absolutely spread it over the course of the lease!" I was so excited to finally find a decent apartment within my price range. Then the BS started... "Now, these apartments usually rent for $999 per month..." Wait, your website says the normal price is $899 for the 2bd 2ba... "Oh, well that's a different special..." It's in the printed brochure! "Oh no, that was a special." Uh-huh. Anyway, the extra 100 bucks they tacked on in order to discount the unit and give people a "great deal" made it too rich for my wallet. Anyone familiar with the utah county area knows that $900 dollars is rather steep for an average-quality 2x2, much less a grand! So if you are applying here and thinking you're getting a great deal, think again. They probably jacked the price a hundred or two so that they could give you that "great deal." They also advertise that they are a "luxury" property, but the construction and fixtures are average at best. I guarantee you will end up paying more that the quality warrants. You can also hear everything in the neighboring apartments through the walls. Beware!
