Deer Creek Village Apartments

HORRIBLE Except the Floorplan From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The managment does NOTHING to uphold the "rules" of the contract. There are more dogs in apartments here than there are people and the dogs are allowed to bark all throught the nights. The managment will tell you they keep the apartments clean between tenants, but that is a HUGE LIE. We couldn't get out of that complex fast enough. The carpets were DISGUSTINGLY filthy and the whole apartment smelled gross. We contacted the manager about the noise levels of our neighbors but they never did a thing to help us out. For the money we had to pay for this place, you can find a BETTER place in Logan NOT THIS ONE. The parking is rediculous. The managment assigns the same stall to two units and causes the tenants to fight it out who actually gets the assigned stall. Oh well, you've been warned. We don't have to put up with it anymore. Thank goodness!
