Wonderful Place for the Price - I was paying merely 235 during F/W for a shared room here. The management was very friendly and was fairly quick in responding to maintenance problems. Late fees are pretty high, so don't forget to pay rent. The ward was awesome. A lot of down to earth people (which is expected with a cheaper complex). They decorate the outside for Christmas, though.
