I didn't like the atmosphere. It's mostly older people--late 20's and even people in their 30's. 2/3's of my ward was inactive. If you are older or the more reclusive type, you may like it. Otherwise you are trying your luck. However, they are making a lot of improvements to the appearance of the buildings and the grounds are BEAUTIFUL!
