overall branbury is pretty nice. you have both byu, uvsc, and working students living there. a car or bus pass is needed if you want to get anywhere.
managemnet is a pain to deal with (except for one of the girls). the pool and court and other fun stuff is well kept.
the people at branbury are somewhat stuck-up, but not as bad as apartments like bellmont. like most places, there are way more girls than guys. this is not a place for molly mormon and peter priesthood (not b/c rules aren't kept, but b/c of the type of people who live there).
there's not much of a social life, you kind of have to dig to find it. and it's very likely that you will live with or live near inactive people.
