Unfortunately my many experiences in dealing with the office staff, has lead to the following about their management. Very very extremely poor. When approaching any of the management they belittle you and try to treat you as if you had no other choice to live in the Branbury. Anything you ask them about they are super short and try to give the obvious solution that makes you think inside your head, "duh, i would not have walked all the way over here to make a maintenance request if that was the case". besides that they have an extremely good location and a "crowd" that generally attracts prospective tenants, and they take advantage of that. not to mention high rent fees, and lots of dings and scuffs on your car after parking in their extremely tight parking spaces. if you think this is all a big LIE and that I would waste my time writing all of this just for fun, just wait, move in, and then when you experience it, just remember, I told you so...

I totally agree about how the office ladies belittle you everytime you go into request anything. They are bratty and have PMS 24 hours a day 8 days a week! I swear! You might as well not talk to them otherwise they'll ruin the rest of your day!
