The Management is so screwed up and mean. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU for every little dumb thing. one of the snotty managers is a big HO. in the past BYU disapproved Branury park due to drugs,alcohol and sex scandals within the complex. So watch out!! management SUCKS big time. THEY WILL BE NICE TO YOU BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY CONTRACTS AND THEY WILL SHOW YOU A VERY NICE APARTMENT BUT THE DAY YOU MOVE IN YOU WILL FIND OUT IT'S A TOTALLY CRAPPY APARTMENT. THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE AND EVERY MONTH THE BILL IS DIFFERENT. YOU WILL PAY FOR PHONE EVEN THOUGH YOU NEVER USED IT !
DON'T LIVE THERE TRUST ME DRUGS CIRCULATES ALL OVER THE COMPLEX. I have seen drug dealers there trying to sell weed. the management knows about it they ignore the problem.
