I've experienced nothing but good things here, and can't understand the bad reviews. The neighbors are friendly, I have great roommates, my apartment is nice and spacious, the clubhouse is fun and there are always things to do. The management has always been friendly, and have provided frequent maintainance to my apartment. Yes, the Branbury has its ups and downs, but so does every complex. There are so many people living here, there are bound to be a few bad apples.

The above post was for sure posted by management... The office people are shady. I lived there for 4 years...never ONCE had a good experience or rent payment that was consistant. If you have a good ward, you will have a good time. I had alot of friends here, good times, but dealing w/ the management and what not...was NOT worth it. SNOBBY girls in the office. And WEIRD maintenance guys...

What the heck? I'm not management. But every time I have dealt with management, they're generally friendly.
