If you enjoy severely overpaying for rent and utilites, you've found the place! If you enjoy rediculously tiny parking spots that will leave your car with pleny of door dings and scratches to go around, you'll love the branbury. and because the parking lot is such a comodity, they raised the parking passes to sixty dollars!!'' WHAT'!! along with the brattiest and most non-understanding office staff with that "we-are-never-wrong" attitude the branbury really delivers. i lived there for almost a year and im glad to be out. i was paying about fifty dollars a month for utilities...thats per tenent. there were four of us where i was staying. im now married and WE pay 30 dollars a month for both of us. that doesnt make sense. to make it better, the branbury raised their rent about 50 bucks from what i remember. the sprinklers will turn your newly washed car into a mess by morning. they obviously dont know how to adjust the sprinklers so they water the grass and not everything else. have you ever been "nickle and dimed'" you will be if you make the terrible decision of moving into the branbury. dont expect to have anything fixed in a timely fashion, if ever. you have to submit several requests to get anything done. just do it yourself.
