I lived in a one bedroom apartment (with my husband). The bedroom is large. The amenities (pool, sauna, workout room, etc...) are good. Parking is terrible with small stalls and no spaces after midnight. Untilities were high, even when we didn't use the heater or AC. The big advantage is that it is furnished. Not having to buy furniture saved a lot of time and maked moving easier.
