Stay away, LOTS of better deals.

I don't know what to start with.
The apartments themselves are not the worst I've seen. They are far too small to have six people in them (the advertised maximum), but I don't think that overcrowding will be much of a factor given the other problems this apartment complex has.
Brookview tends to mix students and non-students a bit too much. This leads to excessive noise.
Brookview claims to be BYU approved housing, but falls short of BYU's requirements.
The big red flag for anyone dealing with them though is the management. Rude and uncaring are just a few of the more polite words I would choose to describe them with. If you've got problems, you're better off just waiting to fix them by moving to a different apartment complex.
Additionally, make sure you keep a thorough WRITTEN record of all your dealings with management. You will most likely need it... their practices can be a bit shady at times.
Given all of the better housing options that exist in Provo, I wouldn't even give this place a second look.
