Although not as bad as a few other apartment complexes in Provo, Brookview certainly holds its own. Management is rude and entirely untrustworthy. Get EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING in writing. This isn't just a case of them being disorganized. I can forgive a little disorganization. This was a case of managers simply lying to tennants in order to save their own hides. If you move into this apartment, photograph EVERYTHING, burn the photos to a CD, put that CD in a sealed envelope, and then have the seal stamped by the post office to assure you are honest about the date the photos were taken. The deposits were held back from so many tennants to "repair damages" that they were not responsible for and existed before they moved in. Promised services were not provided, and there was even some suspicion of simple theft during "inspections" when no one was home. Avoid at all cost, entirely disreputable.
